Keylogger RemoteSpy Forced to Bid Good-bye to Internet ArenaThe US District court has directed CyberSpy Software, an Orlando, Florida-based company, to stop the sale of its keylogger spyware, which is looked upon as a big triumph of the advocates of privacy. As per the complaint of FTC, the accused company was indulged in illegal advertising and software selling, thereby violating the FTC Act. The illegal software, RemoteSpy keylogger, which was being sold by the company, could be installed remotely on a PC by some person without the consent of the legal user. Then the software stealthily gathers and reveals the personal credentials of the user.
